House Sitting Services (for homes with no pets).

Daily visits are approximately 15 minutes.  Service included:   Turn requested lights on and off, turn on or off TV or radio, leave water running to prevent pipes from freezing, pick up mail and newspaper, and water Christmas tree and plants (up to 5 plants).  Log of visits provided.  Text message status updates available. 

Pre-reservation site visit required.  (2) Keys provided to sitters.
